Nothing better than starting your day with these faces.....Pure unrelenting, unashamed worship for Christ.
They are not afraid to put it all out there. It is challenging and humbling to watch.
"Praise the Lord. Praise, O servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord. Let the name of the Lord be praised both now and forevermore." Psalm 113
The word used for “Praise The Lord” is hallelujah – a combination of the Hebrew word for praise, halal, and God’s Name, Yahweh. Halal means to shine forth; to extol; to act clamorously foolish! With that in mind, let’s try it again-
"Hallelujah. Halal, O servants of the Lord, Halal the name of the Lord. Let the name of the Lord be halal-ed both now and forevermore." Psalm 113
God is more than worthy of praise that is exuberant and undignified. When we lose our sense of dignity and self reliance we show reverence and honor to God.
When we embrace a childlike expression of praise we show the ultimate reverence-because in that moment we are clearly putting God’s desires above our peers’ desires.
"Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before My Father in heaven." Matthew 10:32Bottom line- missing out on Jesus in your life is like going to Chris Madrid's and getting a glass of water.
God, Thank You for the opportunity to watch these kids do it right!
In His Dust,
DCC
